1. Definitions

• Company: WagerLens, LLC
• User: You, the individual accessing or using WagerLens.com

2. Information We Collect

• Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your Name, Email Address, and Password.
• Payment Information: Stripe collects and processes payment information directly. WagerLens does not store or access full credit/debit card details.
• Referral Data: If you participate in our referral program, we track usage of referral codes.
• Check Conversations and Bet Research: When you use our Check feature, we store your submitted bet text, structured bet legs, analysis results, and follow-up turns to allow you to reload, resume, and review your research.

2.1 Check Conversation Retention, Deletion, and AI Processing

We designed Check with strict privacy controls, owner-scoped boundaries, and automatic data expiration:

• Anonymous Visitors: Check conversations created without signing in are tied solely to your current browser identity. They automatically expire and are hard-purged 7 days after your last activity. Anonymous conversations are never merged or linked to an account upon sign-in.
• Authenticated Accounts: Check conversations created while signed in are private to your account and accessible across your signed-in devices. They automatically expire and are hard-purged 90 days after your last activity.
• Owner Deletion & Undo: You can delete any individual Check conversation at any time. When deleted, it disappears immediately from all surfaces and is permanently hard-purged within 24 hours (with a 5-second in-app Undo option prior to purge). You can also delete all your saved checks at once from your account or history settings with explicit confirmation.
• Account Erasure: When an account is deleted, all stored Check conversations and related records are queued for immediate purge and completely erased from our active database within 24 hours.
• AI Provider Boundaries: When you submit a check or ask a follow-up, your bet query or specific follow-up question is processed by our AI service provider (OpenAI) solely to parse the bet structure or deliver grounded analysis. Prior conversation turns are never sent to AI providers unless strictly necessary for the requested follow-up operation. Your bet data is never used to train AI models.
• Telemetry & Logging: We never log or transmit raw bet text, answers, source fragments, or free-text feedback to external analytics tools (e.g., PostHog, GA4), application logs, or error trackers. Operational telemetry is restricted strictly to normalized event metadata such as intent, stage, duration, owner type, and error codes.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your account
• To deliver subscription services and account-related notifications
• To provide customer support
• To administer the referral program
• To improve WagerLens.com performance and content

4. How We Share Your Information

• With Stripe for secure payment processing
• With service providers performing tasks on our behalf (e.g., email systems, analytics)
• When required by law or to protect WagerLens rights and users' safety

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your Personal Information. Your account password is hashed and stored securely.

7. Subscription Terms

Subscriptions to WagerLens services are billed automatically based on your selected plan. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. After cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.

8. Your Rights

• You may update or delete your account information by logging into your WagerLens account.
• You may request access to or deletion of your data by emailing contact@wagerlens.com.

9. Eligibility

WagerLens is intended only for individuals of legal betting age in their respective jurisdictions. Eligibility requirements may vary depending on local laws and regulations. By using this site, you confirm you meet the applicable legal age for online wagering content.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy. Revisions will be posted with an updated “Effective Date.” Continued use of WagerLens.com implies acceptance.

11. Governing Law

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of Maryland. Any disputes shall be handled in Maryland courts.
